SELF CONFIDENCE THE MOST IMPORT INGREDIENT TO SUCCESS (Thought provoking video below) https://puremotivation.com/self-confidence-the-most-import-ingredient-to-success-thought-provoking-video-below/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=self-confidence-the-most-import-ingredient-to-success-thought-provoking-video-below Fri, 09 Sep 2022 16:01:35 +0000 https://puremotivation.com/?p=528 Read more…]]> I believe the first step to developing self confidence is to understand, “God didn’t make any junk”, you are here for a reason, there is a purpose for your life. I personally believe when it is all said and done the most important question is did your provide value to the world and the people in it while you were here?

Were you a giver or a taker? Were you a contributor or a consumer? Did you maximize your talents and take the time to expand your comfort zone and become the best version of yourself you possibly could be?

The 2nd step is to understand the difference between self-confidence and being egotistical. Zig said ego is a terrible disease that negatively affects everyone accept the person with the disease. In other words, nobody likes being around an ego maniac.

I have also documented that negative people who lack confidence think EVERYONE with self confidence is egotistical. That is simply not true, the truth is they are not able to distinguish the difference.

So how do you develop self-confidence?

My entire entrepreneurial career those who lack self confidence has been bewildering to me. As some of you know the last couple of months we have been working with a company, Ihub Meta, that was in a 90-day beta testing phase and has recently moved into pre-launch. We are working with awesome people from all over the United States and the world.

I am shocked at the number of awesome people, those that appear to be value focused, willing to learn, who are beyond capable of performing at a high level in my mind and everyone who knows them, who cannot muster up enough confidence to consistently make themselves do what needs to be done.

Honestly this article and training session below from Mr. Brian Tracy is for them and those like them. Awesome people who need to be able to develop enough confidence to get into the market place and not miss this unique, once in a lifetime, opportunity.

The only conclusion I can come to is they have some deep seeded programming from childhood that is preventing them from fulfilling their full potential. This has probably held them back for years, if they are ever going to identify it and deal with it the time is now. I also have to accept the fact that some people are comfortable living is a state of lack. A few years ago when I wrote the book Change Your Financial Mindset and Create Wealth the idea that some people are comfortable in state of lack or mediocrity never really occurred to me.

Over the past 90 days, I have personally done everything and said everything I know to do and say. I have talked about monitoring their self-talk, planning their work and working their plan, deciding WHY, visualization, and understanding the ground floor only happens once. We have promoted the heck out of Mel Robbins 5-4-3-2-1— Go system. I am at my wits end and it is hard for me to accept the fact that some people I truly love and care about are going to let lack of self-confidence cause them to miss this unique opportunity.

So this morning, I went through tons of old journals, and training list, articles, audios and videos asking myself, what is the best deep work training on self-confidence? I wasn’t looking for motivation, or a great article on the topic of self-confidence, I was looking for strong, deep, psychology.

I decided the best deep work I was aware of on self-confidence was a training from Brian Tracy. Brian’s content is fabulous, it is well referenced, but myself and others must be in certain mindset to listen to him. His monotone delivery, just doesn’t do it for me, unless I am very interested in the subject, he may just put me to sleep.

The challenge is those who lack self-confidence rarely want to admit it or study the subject. They tend to blame their lack of being in the market place and making themselves do what they need to do, to lack of time, spouse support, children’s activities, family responsibilities, and the list goes on and on.

The truth is, we have people on our team who have very limited time, an unsupportive spouse, responsibilities with their families, and children’s activities who are consistently in the market place making it happen every week. It is a matter of priorities and goals.

The people on the leader board in our company didn’t land there by accident for most it was a goal, something they get up thinking about, and working towards daily. They don’t work when it is convenient, getting in the market place has been a priority for them. They understand where they are at this time and place in history, and being in the market place each week and growing their business and income is a priority. They have the self-confidence to make it happen

In this training Brian Tracy covers all of that, the person that edited this training must understand the jab at Brian has never been on the quality of his content but his monotone delivery. They have gone in and jazzed his seminar up adding new video clips etc, so I am hoping that those that are ready for true self evaluation and want to increase their confidence immediately will take this training and Brian’s self-talk references to heart.

Don’t watch this seminar passively, it takes focus, and I suggest you have your journal or a note pad. The content is solid, and desperately needed by many.

Make an Impact: Rick Rigsby delivers a powerful speech on how his father’s teachings have guided him through the most troubling times of his life. Are you Inspired? Order Dr. Rick Rigsby’s book, “Lessons from a third grade dropout”

Who is Rick Rigsby?

Enrique D. “Rick” Rigsby was born in 1956, in San Francisco, California USA, and is a motivational speaker, author, minister, and former college professor, best known from earning recognition after delivering a motivational speech at the California University Maritime Academy in 2017; his speech went viral shortly after the event.

Rick grew up with San Francisco, and according to him he was raised by the wisest man he knew, who was his father. His father worked as a cook, having dropped out of school during third grade to help with his family’s farm. His father encouraged him to live life to the fullest, and instilled in him numerous life lessons, which included avoiding being judgmental, making sure to do everything the right way, and making an impact with whatever he did. Rick attended California State University (CSU)-Chico, and graduated in 1978 with a degree in Mass Communications. He then continued his studies with a master’s degree in Public Communications, after which he went to the University of Oregon to complete a PhD. While working on his studies, he served as an anchor and reporter for the Chico CBS affiliate station KHSL-TV, where he worked for a year, but after completing his graduate studies, he then tried his hand at a career in the academic field.

Academics and Business

For two years Rigsby worked at CSU Fresno as an assistant professor, then in 1992 he moved to Texas A&M, where he served in the same position, mainly teaching speech communication classes, which saw him win the Outstanding Teaching Award from the College of Liberal Arts. He also coached for the school’s football team, the Texas A&M Aggies, leading him to win another award called the Outstanding Faculty Diversity Award. He served as an assistant professor for the next 14 years, but eventually decided to pursue a career in business, leaving his teaching career behin

His family moved to Dallas so that he could focus more on the company he launched – Rick Rigsby Communications. The company is focused on motivational speaking work, corporate teaching, starting to work with numerous sports organizations. He became a frequent attendee in both the National Football League (NFL) and the Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA), as well as delivering speeches at public schools and Christian colleges.

In 2017, Rick gave a speech during the commencement ceremony at the California State Maritime Academy, which went viral, boosting his popularity, business and net worth, receiving many responses, ‘phone calls and emails from numerous organizations. It was the first time anything like that had happened to him in 30 years. He also released a book entitled “Lessons from a Third Grade Dropout”, which is a reference to his life growing up with his father. The book is much like his speeches, honoring the work of his father, who many mistakenly deemed as uneducated.

Personal Life

For his personal life, it is known that Rigsby was married to Trina Williams and they had two children together. The couple met in college and married soon after; he worked as a reporter while his wife worked as a nurse at Feather River Hospital, however, she passed away in 1996 after a fight with breast cancer. He mentioned in his speeches that Trina was the only one who gave her a real phone number during college. She fought cancer for six years before passing away.

After her death, Rigsby was depressed for two years, and again it was his father who encouraged him to get back on his feet. His father told him that one should never give up on life, despite having difficult times. He realized that he needed to understand the broken-hearted so that he could help them as well. Later on he met Janet Butcher, and they married in 1998 – they now have two children together, and reside in Dallas, Texas, He’s stated that he has adapted to the Texas lifestyle, enjoying listening to country music, hunting and fishing. He has even referred to himself as a “Blackneck Redneck”.

Here is what James has to say about himself and what he does.

I used to be that overworked, stressed out entrepreneur who spent every minute working (or thinking about work.) I had success. But I was always too busy working to enjoy it. For example, I:

  • Built and sold a 7-figure SEO business within 3 years.
  • Sold $10,000,000 of my own products and services.
  • Was the #1 Mercedes salesperson in Australia.

And yet, all my nights and weekends were spent hunched over a computer, working… But after 30 years in business, I was able to uncover the 4 key “Profit Levers” every business has. Using them, I built a $100,000+/month business while working just 25 hours a week. Now, I surf every day. And I have my nights, weekends, and even all Monday and Friday free.

So I can catch a movie with the family or simply spend all day with my newborn daughter. I privately coach top entrepreneurs on how to earn more while working far less. Including some of the biggest names in the industry, like Pat Flynn, Ryan Levesque, Keith Krance, Kevin Rogers, Molly Pittman, and Ezra Firestone.

I also coach 500+ up-and-coming entrepreneurs inside my SuperFastBusiness community. These members are in every market and use every business model you can think of. Including e-commerce, affiliate marketing, consulting, information products, SAAS and more. They earn anywhere from $10,000-$2,000,000/year. To see if SuperFastBusiness can help you make more while working less, click below.

You must understand it doesn’t matter if you believe what you are about to
hear or not, your personal beliefs DON’T CHANGE TRUTH & The Way it is!

It is easy to say blame others. Most people on the planet today have the
mindset “If first I don’t succeed — fix the blame quick” You can continue
the rest of your life living with that self-limitting belief.

When you believe you have had bad luck, bad parents, bad jobs, born the wrong
race, raised in the wrong enviroment, have been done dirty by your boss or
whatever excuse YOU CHOOSE to believe. There may be “some truth” in your
excuses, but they are still EXCUSES. Dwelling on the challenges of the past
prevent you from achieving success in the future..

Success starts with personal responsibility and a decison to quit blaming
other people.

You can spend the rest of your life weak, mad, & defeated, having your own pitty parties
or you can decided to rise above the unfortunate circumstances and situations
you have experienced in life. Guess what, WE ALL HAVE THEM, some people are
so unaware and self -centered they think they are special, and don’t realize that
life throws challenges and disapointments to all of us.

Without failure, and challenges it is impossible to grow and expand and become
better.

Some of us decide to get through them, not let them hold us back to QUIT THINKING ABOUT THE CHALLENGES LIFE HAS THROWN OUR WAY, we decide what we want
and MOVE forward working towards worthy goals.

Most people let other people tell us we are victims, encourage us to blame somebody
else, a certain race or political party. They don’t want us to take personal responsibility because if we do that, and stop blaming others, we no longer need the activist who are trying to keep everyone stirred up and mad at the world and each other.

Achieving all you can is really a simple 3 step process.

1) Decide exactly what you want your life to look like in 5 years.

2) Take 100% personal responsibility for you daily Actions

3) Find a mentor and move forward and make progress EVERYDAY.

I know when people read those 3 simple steps to success, they are thinking Dale there has to be more than that. What about this? don’t I need to find the the right that?. These are the 3 most important steps.

Are you following these 3 steps and putting them into practice in your life?

If you not, then stop worring about the small pieces of the puzzle until you have the big
pieces strong and solid and in place.

“To thy own self be true” If you have a problem with Focus, hardwork, & Self Discipline,
ADMIT it to yourself. You must, before you can ever improve, grow and get better. If you
make excuses you need to stop, or you will spend the rest of your life making them.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life, you can make major life decision to change
right now, in the moment as you reading thiese words.. or you can continue to read articles
watch videos and search for the magic fu fu dust. IT IS YOU CHOICE, IT IS IN YOUR HANDS, IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN AND IT ALWAYS WILL BE.

The choice is simple the Joy of Discipline or the pain of Regret.

Yes the most joyful people on the planet ar the ones that are the most disciplined in the 7
Key areas of life that matters, and they ignore everythng and everybody else.

Your past does not have to equal your future, unless you want it to.

You can make the decsion to change right now, and take responsibility
starting today.

In the 2019 America’s Got Talent season, Young violinist Tyler Butler-Figueroa, took the stage like a storm. His story and video has inspired people all over the world.

Tyler’s version of Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Stronger’ earned him Simon Cowell’s coveted Golden Buzzer and a standing ovation with everyone in the audience.

Tyler was diagnosed with leukaemia and age 4 1/2, but he beat it! After being bullied by classmates at his school in North Carolina, Tyler picked up the violin.

Before his first AGT audition, Tyler said: “I just didn’t want to be the kid with cancer. So now, I’m the kid who plays the violin.”

After his performance on the Americas Got Talent Stage, Simon Cowell tweeted: “I am always amazed every year who we meet on our Shows. And I would love you to meet Tyler and this is his Golden Buzzer moment.”

Who is Tyler Butler-Figueroa?

Tyler is an 11-year-old fifth-grader at Walnut Creek Elementary in North Carolina. He started playing taking violin lessons when he was seven and a half years old.

“I wanted to start playing the violin because I was being bullied in school,” Tyler said in his first audition for America’s Got Talent. “It’s because I had cancer & I almost died.”

“The doctors treated me with chemotherapy. When I lost my hair, I was really sad and embarrassed at the same time to go to school. They used to make fun of me and laugh at me because I was different. They would spread rumours to say that my cancer was contagious, and all the other kids wanted to stay away from me,” Tyler says.

One day, Tyler saw a flyer at his school and it said, ‘After school programme – free violin lessons.’ He told his mom he wanted to take lessons, and she was surprised.

“Once he started that class, it was like a sunshine. He was just full of energy and happy. I was like, ‘I’ve got my son back.’” says his mom.

Tyler, who has been in remission for four years now, received a standing ovation from the audience and four judges after his first Amercia’s got Talent competition and he has been on an up swing ever since.

“You are an extraordinary young man. We hear too many stories about people being bullied, but I can tell you one thing: most people are bullied because they’re better than the people who bully them,” Cowell told Tyler. Tyler’s story has inspired many people from around the world, maybe there is a young musician or cancer survivor that you should share this article with.

Art Williams — AL Williams Founder – The Coach – Prime America – Must see Videos https://puremotivation.com/artwilliams/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=artwilliams Sat, 18 Apr 2020 16:20:18 +0000 https://puremotivation.com/?p=395 Read more…]]> Early in my entrepreneurial journey I had the opportunity to join AL Williams right after the first Kentucky office was opened. I passed, because at the time I was 100% committed to my Shaklee team members, and I couldn’t see many of them in the insurance business.

However during this time I got my hands on a couple of audio cassettes by Mr. Williams. Just Do It and All You Can Do is All You Can Do. I literally have listened to these two presentations hundreds of times each. I HAVE BOTH OF THESE VIDEOS ON THIS PAGE FOR YOU.

“Real Motivation must come from within”

It is an inside job, and your personal responsibility.

The real secret is learning how to motivate yourself and what and who gets your mind right and head on straight. If I were to name the top 10 audios I have heard in my life to help me get on track and stay on track when the train goes off the rails a little bit, both of these talks from Art Williams would be in my Top 10. Maybe I connected with him because he talks as southern as I do, but honestly I think it is because he is 100% authentic and speaks from his soul not his head. IF you have heard these motivational talks from Art Williams before you know you are in for a treat. If you have never heard Art before, I am excited for you.

I had the opportunity to speak on the same stage with Art years later at an event in Atlanta, but I did not have the opportunity to speak with him personally. I spoke in the morning and I had to fly out he was on the program for the following afternoon. It is my hope that someone will find this page who knows Mr. Williams and tell him that he made a huge, positive impact on a young entrepreneur from a small town in Kentucky.

I realize some of you may not know the full story behind Art and the incredible company he built. He took on the powerful insurance companies in the United States, and HE WON! Here is Art Williams BIO and the AL WILLIAMS Story that I found on the CBN website. Read the story carefully, because what you are reading is one of the most incredible entrepreneurial success stories that will ever be told.

I always ask myself, what if he had not wanted more? What if he had just stayed a high school football coach? Yes he would have had a positive impact on his community and the kids he coached, but Art Williams impacted the world and the insurance industry in ways most people may never understand. Read his bio word-for-word and enjoy two of the most incredible, heart felt, motivational talks that have ever been recorded.

Art Williams : The Life Coach

TERM LIFE INSURANCE CRUSADER

Art Williams was born in 1942 in Waycross, Georgia, to a middle-class, Christian family, and grew up in nearby Cairo, with the dream of becoming a football coach. After college and two high school coaching jobs, he took the head coaching job at Columbus, Georgia’s Kendrick High School. where he built a newly-formed football team into champions after only three years. In the midst of a rewarding career as a winning high school football coach, boasting two “State Coach of the Year” awards, Art made a decision that would change his life dramatically. During his coaching career he had sold insurance part-time to supplement his families income.

His decision had its roots in a personal experience. In 1963, his father died unexpectedly of a heart attack, leaving his family with no will and very little life insurance. Art, in college at the time, knew little about life insurance, but several years later at a family reunion, a cousin introduced him to a different concept—“buy term and invest the difference.” Art was shocked to know that he could provide $150,000 of term coverage for the same premium he was paying for $15,000 of whole life. Remembering his parents’ experience, and believing that his father had been misled, and doing some research on life insurance, Art became a crusader for the term insurance concept.

He began to sell term insurance part-time, and quickly found that his commissions surpassed his coach’s salary. In 1973 he left his first company, ITT, for Waddell & Reed, another term company. And on February 10, 1977, with no business education or corporate management experience, he formed A.L. Williams & Associates in Atlanta, Georgia, with just 85 agents. A.L. Williams became one of the fastest-growing companies in modern business history. After six years in the industry, it was the largest term life insurance company. In ten years, it was a billion-dollar company. By 1990, the company had a sales force of 225,000 people and ranked as the largest seller of individual life insurance in the United States, selling $93.5 billion in face value of individual life insurance. In just 12 years, the company became the first in the entire industry to have more than $300 billion of life insurance in force, a milestone no other company has reached yet. Several years under Art’s leadership, the company sold more face value individual life insurance than New York Life and Prudential combined, the number two and three ranked companies.

In November 1989, Art sold his company to New York-based Primerica Corporation, a diversified financial services company – a decision that has been one of his biggest regrets. He then served as an advisor to Primerica for a short period of time. Essentially retired from business, Art and his wife moved from Atlanta to Palm Beach, Florida, and began to pursue other interests. Some 16 years removed from the presidency of A.L. Williams Corporation is now part of Citigroup.

End of Bio from CBN

“One of his biggest request was selling his company” Some of us can relate with this, but
we probably also understand why he did it. You have to protect your energy and your
attitude. Sales teams can be draining.

I was watching AL Williams kick the butts of insurance companies during this time. I was one of many who cashed out my whole life policy and bought term. You have to understand AL Wiliams was in a battle with one of the biggest, most profitable, most established industries in American.

They were slamming him and making fun of him on every mainstream news channel, and he just kept doing what was right, and winning. The NY Times, Time Magazine and others
were coming after him and he just kept moving forward with a crusade that changed the
insurance industry for the better.

Enjoy, the man, the legend, the one and only Art Williams

Best known as the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad — the No. 1 personal finance book of all time — Robert Kiyosaki has challenged and changed the way tens of millions of people around the world think about money. He is an entrepreneur, educator and investor who believes the world needs more entrepreneurs who will create jobs.

Is Rоbеrt Kiyosaki a ѕсаm оr whаt hе tеасhеѕ really ѕеt you оn a path tо fіnаnсіаl frееdоm? If you have a lick of common sense, you know the answer to that.

I have found the people that don’t like or understand Robert Kiyosaki, or anyone else who is coming from a place of unique talent and wisdom, is because of jealousy.

A large раrt оf Kіуоѕаkі’ѕ teachings is focused оn generating раѕѕіvе іnсоmе bу іnvеѕtmеnt opportunities, ѕuсh аѕ real estate аnd buѕіnеѕѕеѕ, wіth thе mаіn gоаl оf bеіng аblе tо support yourself with your investments аlоnе.

I have tried to communicate to the network marketing leaders I have consulted with over the years, you haven’t made it in network marketing until you don’t need the commissions from your company to live a comfortable life style.

Kiyosaki dеfіnеѕ аѕѕеtѕ аѕ thіngѕ that generate саѕh flоw, ѕuсh as rеntаl properties оr buѕіnеѕѕеѕ аnd lіаbіlіtіеѕ аѕ thіngѕ thаt use cash, ѕuсh as houses, cars, and ѕо on.

Kiyosaki also bеlіеvеѕ thаt financial lеvеrаgе is a hugе factor іn bесоmіng rісh.

Rоbеrt Kіуоѕаkі іѕ bеѕt knоwn fоr his bооk Rісh Dаd, Pооr Dаd, thе number 1 Nеw Yоrk Times bеѕtѕеllеr. Kiyosaki thеn wеnt on tо write mоrе tіtlеѕ such as Rісh Dаd’ѕ cashflow Quаdrаnt аnd Rісh Dаd’ѕ Guіdе tо Invеѕtіng. He hаѕ now had аt lеаѕt a dozen bооkѕ published.

Some people feel all personal development, or financial educators are a scam. I have even heard that said about Robert Kiyosaki. Ha he made some mistakes? I am sure he has, haven’twe all ? To call him, or his company a scam in my opinion is a sure sign of ignorance.

Tо say thаt Robert Kiyosaki is a scam уоu muѕt hаvе nоt rеаd his bооk or did уоur rеѕеаrсh bесаuѕе Robert Kiyosaki wаlkѕ thе wаlk аnd tаlkѕ thе talk, Kіуоѕаkі hаѕ been іn thе marine corp’s, had a jоb selling xеrоx copy mасhіnеѕ аnd also ѕtаrtеd a соmраnу that brоught tо mаrkеt thе fіrѕt velro fоr ѕurfеrѕ wаllеt іt was ѕuссеѕѕful at fіrѕt but еvеntuаllу wеnt bankrupt аnd then іn thе early 1980s Kіуоѕаkі started a buѕіnеѕѕ thаt licensed T-ѕhіrtѕ fоr rосk bаndѕ аnd thеn аrоund 1996-1997 hе lаunсhеd Cashflow Technologies Inc. which operates аnd owns the Rісh Dаd аnd Cаѕhflоw brаnd…

The Robert Kіуоѕаkі ѕсаm is a tоtаl myth and anyone whо believes thіѕ or fоllоwѕ thіѕ hаѕ never taken the tіmе оut to rеаd hіѕ material or fоllоwеd his tеасhіngѕ, іf you really want tо lеаrn fіnаnсіаl intelligence i fullу rесоmmеnd you read Rісh Dad Poor Dаd i hіghlу rаtе it. In fact it has been one of the few books, I had my kids read and write a book report on.

Rоbеrt Kіуоѕаkі believes that thе home bаѕеd buѕіnеѕѕ and multi lеvеl mаrkеtіng buѕіnеѕѕ model is tоtаllу misunderstood аnd not tаkеn serious еnоugh, іn оur tіmе thе 21ѕt century multi lеvеl marketing is thе perfect орроrtunіtу to start your own buѕіnеѕѕ for even undеr $500.

I agree, however I believe the network marketing business model brought the wrath down on itself by not taking care of the Goose that lays the Golden eggs, the business model itself.I talk about this in great detail in my free online course, MLM Scam.

Learning to build a network marketing team can be the best personal development, and business education a person can ever take on in their life.

I have always said it is the greatest personal develop course in the world, but most people will never graduate.

If you want to develop an uncommon level of fіnаnсіаl іntеllіgеnt and gеt оut оf thе rаt rасе i personally rесоmmеnd thаt y оu fоllоw Rober Kiyosaki’s work and even do thorough research on the network marketing business model, don’t just be a headline reader, learn to look behind the curtain. This video is a great place to start.

At any given time in the history of network marketing opportunities there is always ONE #1 opportunity in the market at any given time.

What make a network marketing opportunity #1

(1) Timing “Wealth is Created in Front of a Trend” The more credible a company is the less of an upside income opportunity exist with that company. Amway is a wonderful, highly respected company, but the big money has already been made.

The truth is thousands of new entrepreneurs will be joining the #1 company in the profession this month, and most will fail.

Why?

For the same reason most people who go to school, and get their insurance agent licenses never sell their first policy.

In network marketing the most important determining factor for success other than the obvious, work ethic, attitude, leadership abilities, goals, etc, is TIMING & MENTOR SHIP. I could go on and on, but I won’t. If you want to learn what I sincerely believe is the #1 opportunity in the United States today, and with the best team, just click here.

Keep in mind, what is number one today, probably will be a solid opportunity in the future, but it won’t be #1 because the timing and the market will have changed.

Now back to Robert Kiyosaki and why he is a great financial teacher and mentor. I think his teaching can of speak for themselves to those with common sense.

I hope you enjoy these training from Robert Kiyosaki.
